On what wesites will I be able to research information about the Pro's of Medicare!

This is an unusual question, since Medicare isn't something people turn down when they can get it. They've been paying into it their whole lives, if they worked and filed tax returns in the US. For those who do have to pay a monthly premium, it's still cheaper than any other health plan.

Most doctors will bill Medicare. If they don't, you submit the bills you paid and Medicare reimburses you.
Medicare pays 80% (of covered expenses). You can buy supplemental plans such as from AARP to cover the other 20%. You can buy Medicare Part D to cover medicines, or not, as you wish. Many pharmacies offer cheap enough plans, as do many states. You would need to know how many meds you are going to need to determine which is the best deal.
