The issue is first your post makes no sense.

Next if you have 11 charges you will not get them dismissed that easy.

Now if you have a charge that the court will dismiss if you take a class, guess what, the court will have a list of approved schools, you can't just take any class at any school.

So you contact the clerk of the court and get a list of approved schools

Do you have a probation officer? If so, they should be able to tell you what classes to take and where.

Since they said, "charge" I will assume not convicted yet and wanting a first offender program.

I know one time I was "alleged" of a traffic violation and took a course before court and paid more money than the fine would have cost and all the charges were dropped.
