New OP with question: new thread please.

Get yourself an attorney. Have him or her file a petition for custody and child support. Ask for a temporary order pending final decision on the petition.

You can't limit visitation, but the court can, when you request it.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

From what you are saying, you have a good chance of eliminating or severely limiting visitation. But you have to go to court and petition for full custody and no visitation. And hope you have enough proof to convince the court.

You can not decide anything, you can ask the court to order this or that. You will need proof of the threats, not to only you but to the child, you will need to prove he is a threat to the child.

The court will then decide what he gets.
