OK. I would wait until you miss your period, (as most pregnancy symptoms are also symptoms of upcoming periods) you can take a hpt the day you miss. Or if you can't wait that long, you can go to the hospital and get a blood test done to find out if you are preggy or not. You can do that right now. It is not much more expensive then a hpt, and more accurate. However, it might be wise to just wait it out(so you don't unnecisarily spend money) good luck to you, and best wishes

The reason I posted this as 'baby in belly or in mind' is because each month I seem to imagine symptoms and my period arrives any way but this month they we truly real although I no the power of wanting something so much it can sometime make you feel the physical symptoms, therefore miss leading me.
Fingers crossed this is it!

Oh believe me, I know all too well how easy it is to trick your body into thinking you are preggy. I conceived my first son so easily, but this second time around it took me a year of actively trying before I finally got preggy. Since it was so easy with my first, I didn't understand how it could be taking so long, and I thought there must have been something wrong with me. But I had exams, and I was perfectly healthy.Every month for the first 8 months I kept thinking " this is it!I have all the symptoms, I must be!" I would buy an early response test, and take it, and would be sooo disappointed when I would get the ominous negative. And then I would be dissapointed once again when my period did show up, right on time. Finally I got tired of breaking my heart every month, and my every thought consumed with it every day. I just decided when the time came, it would come. After that I missed my period for two months, then it showed up. The next month I got preggy. Haha. It just goes to show you that you just never know how your body is going to work and when nature will take its course. But I do know that when I finally relaxed, decided to enjoy the fact that my body was in shape and looking good, and just enjoy my time with my family... that's when I got preggy. So just relax and enjoy life as it is, and when baby does finally come, it will be that much more special for you. Best wishes, and good luck.
