I am 54 years old female and traveling. I got this abdomen pain at the bottom side of my stomach. It comes and goes, not continues and when it comes it is like cramps and on the left side mostly. I am diabetic 2 and just high normal.
Is this any serious, do I have to see a doctor?

I think you need to see a Doctor - if you diabetic (and you are) it COULD be a form of neuropathy.
