Is there a school counselor you can speak with? How old is the boy that is interested in her? If she is putting her self in harms way you should tell her parents or another trusted adult. In the end, she will do what she wants to do, no matter how dangerous it seems to others.

Try to spend as much time as you can with her, and show her that there are other things that you guys could be doing aside from her having sex at such a young age. No 14 year old has any business having sex. Period. And what makes you think that she is going to have sex with this boy?

He is 14 as well and I know that he wants to have sex with her because we were in his house a couple of days ago, we were up in his room, I went down stairs to ask his mum for a drink, when I went back up stairs they were kissing under the covers and he was ontop of her trying to take his shorts off, I just don't want her to muck up her life, I care about her too much
