For the past 2 years now I've been experiencing extreme moodswings. I always thought I had major depression, but had some good days. Until the other day a friend questioned how I can go from being so quiet to so loud and confident without any reason. I looked it up on the net and read that your mood usually changes in a matter of days with bipolar. Everything else was accurate, how I feel with Im up and down, constant streaming thoughts, acting on impulse etc. I find myself in the middle of a conversation with a friend, having a good old chat then all of a sudden looking at them and not caring at all. Or visa versa, if Im having a low day, sometimes I feel a sense of energy come over me and Im the most hyper person in the room. I got to sleep at 4.30pm last night as I was full of energy and couldn't stop my mind from its chain of thoughts, and this happens regarly. I also suffer a lot of back and joint pain and nausea. Can somebody tell me what is wrong?
