Him and some "friends" went into an apt next to ours. The door was open. Them went in and sprayed a fire extinguisher. It cost $140 for restitution for cleanning the cabinates. He was put on probation for burglury and would not tell on his friends. He later was on school prop and the police chash his home and turned 2 sheppards loose on him. We moved to oh and didn't take care of all of his problems. We tried to get it moved to oh. A warrant was served on him and the police sayed they had a hold on him from fl so they were holding him. He was moved to juv. They release him and said they were not holding him. They knew he had a hold out of fl for a felony warrant and they literally said "they would not hold him." is the warrant considered served and expired.

Please don't type in caps - it's the same as shouting at us.

No, warrants never expire. The authorities didn't want to spend the time and trouble taking him from Ohio to Florida. He will probably be stopped over and over again until he settles the problem with the warrant. At some time some Police Agency may decide to transport him back to Florida.
