I recently posted on here about issues with my mower not starting. I replaced evertyhing. From fuel lines and fuel filters to new started, ignition solenoid etc.

Well I was unable to get it to start. I had fuel flow, I had spark and I had compression. No ignition. Well after removing the flywheel I discovered my flywheel key had sheered in half. Got a new one and repalced it. Since replacing the mower finally starts on first try. New issue: Now when sitting idle the mower reves up and down like crazy. If I pull the choke all the way out it will stop, but if I leave the choke out full it will eventually start to die out so I push choke back in and it revs again. While mowing and driving it revs like crazy. AFter driving about 50' down the street for test drive it started to die on me so I had to pull the choke out again. It pops and back fires constantly. I figured maybe it was all the starter fluid and carb cleaning fluid I put in along with all the gas in there. Any way any help will be appreciated! I posted a link at the bottom to YouTube with a video looking into my carb.

You can see spitting and stopping and spitting and stopping which is causing the rev. When you see the top flap move that is me putting the choke out.

The second video has no sound but if you look close you can see the flywheel slowing down and speeding up over and over.

Thank you very much!
