So I recently visited the skype website after not being able to access the download I had and deleting it to redownload, but he site is as if it's a map. Everything is in a line and there is not logos or anything, it's just white, and none of the links work. Is this an issue with my computer or with their site and software?

Did you happen to upgrade to IE 9?

Check your link speed,
Download from alternate location
Use another browser like Firefox etc...
