Asalaam ualaikum brother I'm a muslim women and I'm 30 years old and I have been happily married for 14 years and I have 3 beautiful children my life with my husband was perfect in my eyes and he was always happy with me he never complaint about anything and he always told me that I'm a very good mum to my children and I'm a very good wife to him he never met anybody like me but the last 2 years I found out that he is having an affair with an english women I asked him and he denied that he is having an affair and he put his hand ont the Quran and lied to me that he is not having an affair then I said to him to divorce me he said no then I had a khula from him after 2 and a half months he said that he will change and he will do anything to make things right then we got remarried then I found out that he is still with that women I asked him again and I said to him to divorce me again he said no I do not want to leave you and he did not want to leave his girlfriend either then I asked him to write down divorce on the paper and sign it he said no then he said you write it down and ill sign it a mosque imam wrote the paper for me on the paper it was very clearly written (I give my wife talaaq) and it was his name written on it and my name written on it the imam made 2 papers for me and I showed the papers to my husbandans he did sign one of the papers (this was my second divorce) I was doing my idat and after a montha and a half he came back to me and he said that ill take you back as my wife I love you and I cannot live without you then we got back together we still had our ups and downs then I found out that he is still talking to his girlfriend and I found out that he had 2 other girlfriends before her but I never found out allt his before I got so angry and I said to him you have to leave me or you have to leave her he did not talk about her but he said to me I don't want to divorce you because I love you so much I was so angry and I said to him I don't want to know anything I just want a divorce because I know you won't change he got so angry he said to me are you sure you want this I said yes and he said but I don't want a divorce ill sign the paper but I don't mean it and he signed the papers (this is the third divorce)and then he said is that it now we are divorced I said yes we are (my husband)he said I don't think we are because I did not mean it that was a week ago he rings me everyday and asks me what do you think we are divorced please can you help me and tell me are we divorced we still love each other I will be waiting for the answer please can you tell me soon I don't know what to do help me THANK YOU!!
