Is it a hipaa violation to leave messages on the answering machine at work even though the message dosen't have any personal information

We need to know EXACTLY what the message said and EXACTLY what the patient signed re: HIPAA.

Who do you work for? What message was left? By whom and to whom?

It was just saying that the prescription was ready but didn't leave specific information as to what the persons perscription was or the state of the patients state of disease.
