You don't say how old she is, but you are young, so I assume she is too. Learning how to communicate is something that takes time and a lot of work. As you get older you will look back and wonder how any relationship lasted.

The number one advice is listening, asking. Find a moment such as just before you fall asleep to hold her and say 'How can I help you get through this.' Let her talk and don't say much at all, except for a word or two of encouragement like 'I think I understand' or 'tell me more.' Bring her a little bunch of flowers you picked yourself, and find the vase or glass to put them in too. Do the dishes and tell her you are going to cook tomorrow night. Ask if you are doing enough around the house. (Women often feel, and rightly, that they do all the housework.)

Of course it's also possible that your relationship has hit a new level after 2 years, and you either need to both work on what that means, such as less romance doesn't mean less love, or it might be headed for a breakup. Saying 'I can tell when she's not normal' is bluntly callous and indicates a lack of understanding on your part. It takes two to tangle, and you need to realize that you are part of it.

She mite be stressed because of the family issues. You should talk to her say something like do you want to talk about the family issues and if she says no don't push her just let her know you're there if and when she wants to talk. Comfort her in anyway you can cuddle her hug her complement her etc. If she does start to talk don't say much just listen. Sometimes a woman just wants a man to listen a couple of tears or hours later she'll be exactly the same like nothing ever happened. If she starts to cry hold her if she asks your opinion give it in a nice way if she just talks that's fine don't say anything. Encourage her after she's done say something like it'll all be okay or I'm here with you we'll make it through this.something like that

Well, just give her a little space,
Maybe she needs some alone time,
But whenever you get a chance comfort her, maybe she'll open up.
