How much do you weigh now? How tall are you?

You don't have to diet.

What do you eat in one day? Do you eat sweets and snacks and drink colas? If so, stop. Eat fruits and vegetables and drink only water.

Walk every chance you have. Set aside a time every morning and every evening to walk for twenty minutes each time.

Fifteen kg. in six months should not be difficult to lose.

Hi ,my weight is 70 kg and height is 5.2. I have a busy shedule thus I don't get time. And I eat less. Egg my cousin who younger then me eats more than me and he is thin. Even my friends says that I eat less. *** tell how can I lose weight

What Wondergirl said if you eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner healthy. Eat (atleast) 2 fruits per day as a 'snack' and drink 2L of water along with a 20-30 minute daily walk you should be able to lose 15 kg.
