What does your support order say? How old is the daughter?

Most states do not give an automatic pass to minors having children and they still are minors and not emancipated. The only thing they can sign for is their child.

Is your daughter still in the home with the mother ?
Is she still in school ?

If your support order says you still pay for her, you still pay for her.

The father of HER child pays for her child, but YOU still have to pay for YOUR child until she is an adult.

First, when posting a follow-up question or info, please use the Answer options at the bottom of the page rather than the Comments. You don't need to respond to each post no repeat info given unless you want to.

Unless she become legally emancipated and lives on her own, you will be responsible to the pay support to the mother as long as she is living with the mother. Child Support is paid to the custodial parent to support YOUR child until she reaches the age and conditions where the support order expires.
