I have not had my period in 4 months and my stomach is way bloated don't know what to do

See a Physician for starters. Take a HPT first.

It could be that you are pregnant, but it could also be related to stress. You should see a doctor or councelor for help.

Stomach bloating due to stress? How is a counselor going to help with a physical problem?
This could be a serious problem.
