Hi, I am in need of some help. I need to write an assignment about the contractual rights available to a company. Basically, this company produces and sells olive oil to supermarkets. They changed their manufacturer who supplied them with raw materials. The company has now realised that the raw materials which were supplied to them were contaminated. This is meant that they have had to destroy their products and also they have been unable to fulfil any of their supermarket contracts. They have been refused compensation by the manufacturers who defend themselves with the their standards conditions of sale which stated

“Time being of the essence in this contract, notification of rejection, claim or complaint must be made to the Seller within ten days after the arrival of the material at its destination. It is specifically provided that no other claim or complaint arising out of this contract under whatsoever pretext shall be admitted.”
Please help me identify the company's contractual rights if any (not tort or consumer protection act)
