But one thing I do remember is I used to see ghost and talk to them around age 3 4 and 5 my mom told me when I was 4 she remebered when she was talking to my dad one day and she thought I was asleep well she told my dad she saw out of the corner of her eye a figure ran threw the halway into my room but she realised it couldent have been me cause I had all my toys laid out and I was playing with them, when she was finished talking she said that I said do you mean the lady? How old are you now?
When did move in the apartment?

Many things happen that cannot be explained.

Many more strange things happen that can be explained by logical, rational thought and investigation when at first
They seem too strange to be explained.

What appear to be shapes and figures can be reflected lights or dust in the air or any number of things.
Your brain has the power to "see" what is expected, real or not.

The fields electric currant emit can affect how we feel and make you uneasy.
Variation in the power supply to your house can cause appliances to do things they normally don't.

When a house is heated by the sun in the daytime then cools at night
The expansion and contraction of the framung, floors, walls are capable of making
An entire symphony of different noises that can be mistaken for thumps, footsteps
Even voices, and laughter and moans.

When we get scared we perceive things differently than we do when we are not scared.
And strange unexplained things are scary.

I am not doubting your word about what you have experienced
But over 90% of the time explanitations are found in everyday things.
So it makes sense to start looking at these first.

But I believe in the paranormal.
I have experienced it.

But with the recent interest in "ghost hunters" and hauntings that proliferate the TV
Now, have caused too many people to look for paranormal answers first , instead of
Looking at other possibilities first and foremost because 90% of the answers are there in
The rational reality of everyday life.

Keep a written record of the time, date, and what happened.

Try to get recordings, pictures, video, or any thing you can think of to maybe help.
If you can document anything like that it helps others to understand you.

Weather, the angle of the sun , reflections from passing cars, bikes, toys or sounds houses make
Also plumbing can cause hundreds of different sounds . A lot of normal but not well understood
Things like these can seem something they are not..

Remember over 90% of the time these things can be explained .
And I believe you have experienced everything you told us and we can find
A way to help.

Hopefully this will give you enough information for you to start checking this out.
Get back in touch if you want to talk about this , or have anything
New happening. we will always be here and will do all we can to help.

I'm not usually one to be a skeptic, but so much of this can be explained too easily to jump to the conclusion a ghost is at work. Like many people, I once lived in an apartment when I first got married... you hear noises like this all the time. Screams, running, walking, talking, cars, televisions, stereos, sex... you name it, someone else is doing it very close to your apartment. Even the "empty" apartment sounds. When someone moves out, maintenance people do all kinds of things in there from painting to repairs. These noises could simply be any number of things. Now, I'm not saying I don't believe you... because I do believe in very hauntings very much. Yes, it is possible for these things to be ghosts. My advice at this point is to wait it out. If it doesn't turn into much else than odd noises here and there... write it off as natural, everyday things. But if it starts to get worse/more unexplainable, you should contact your local church (one that has experience in spiritual matters).

Well I'm 13 now and I can't remember the exact date but it was around last summer and when I was doing research I found out there was a huge fire here in 2009 but no one died in it and my best friend told me that before the huge fire her grandpa died in the same building I live in now

Haley,

Many many buildings , especially apartment buildings, will have people pass away while living there. In fact if a building like that is over 10 years old the chances that someone died there are almost 100% and there is no reports of ghosts.

I believe in the paranormal and have seen it. But almost every time paranormal events are reported they are found to have been caused by things like the noises buildings make as they heat up in the sun and cool down at night. The noises that can be made from this are incredible and varied and can easily be confused with whispering, footsteps, knocks, laughter, crying, and almost anything else.

The human brain is so amazing in what it can do that when you hear or see something that you don't understand , your brain will try to put it into a situation that it understands.
And since shows like "Ghost Hunters" are so common and movies like that too , the brain will find it a similar situation and "classify" your experience as "ghost-like" all in 1/000 of a second and you then without realizing it focus on it being scary or strange. When this happens your brain starts working faster due to our basic survival instincts reaction to fear. It then tells your body to release a chemical called adrenalin that speeds everything up. That is what is happening when you are startled and feel "chills" run up your spine.

This heightened activity can cause you to be so much more aware of what is going on around you , you will hear and see things you normally would not notice. And many times these are the things that are mistaken for ghosts, voices, knocking , and on and on.

Also remember that the shows on TV and what they show in movies are not made to really investigate , but to draw an audience . I have seen them often take the smallest things and try to make them into a big deal that isn't really what's happening in order to make a dull uninteresting series of events into a show people would watch.
Don't let them fool you into believing their "investigations" have any merit.
I can see that you are an intelligent young lady and I believe you and I could do a better job.

I believe you and want to help you understand that you don't need to be afraid . Start thinking about what other things might have caused these things. It can turn into some really interesting and even fun mystery solving.

Hauntings do happen. And without being there I cannot honestly tell you if your building is haunted or not.
But I have spent many years looking into these things and from what you have told me I honestly think that we could find these things are not paranormal at all and you have no reason to be afraid.

So if anything happens from now on remember to think about all the other things it can be and it is not anything to be scared of.
I want you to keep me updated all the time and we can get to the bottom of this.
