I have tried and seem to be getting stuck at the beginning, I have when they are issued and going to books, and being filed, but just seems there is more after being filed. I am doing my course through open learning tafe and have emailed the tutors but no response in 3 weeks. It is asking for descriptions of all steps and I just have feeling ihave it wrong. Seems like my answer is to simple. :S

Storing documents isn't that complex, no matter how you spin it..

This is what I am saying, I don't think there is anything after the storage of the document, but as I said that just seemed to easy to me :S
