I am a single parent in Texas. My daughter is 9 months old me and her mother do not get a long what so ever. I own my business and she is a night nurse 3 days out of the week. She just recently took this job 2 months ago despite of having a new born. I mentally and physcially can not do it no more. Its all about her not the child and even she is dating a new guy as of 2 months as well. I want and need to explore my options please help please. I pay for everything, the mothers food, pampers, formula etc everything that child needs I buy not her and also insurance please help need answers

Who has physical custody of this child, or is it shared? What do you mean by you cannot mentally and physically do it anymore- do you mean care for the child? Support the child? Are you and the child's mother separated? Do you live in separate residences? What legal arrangements have you made regarding your child, and support.

I'm not sure why you refer to yourself as a 'single parent' when clearly there are two parents involved here, unless she is not in the child's life.
