Im a uk citizen wanting to marry my USA boyfriend. Im out to Georgia in a few months to see him. Ive looked at getting married over there and it states I only need two proofs of id. My question is this, can I marry him with only two forms of id or do I need something else? Thank you xx

Should be able to marry with primary identification, such as your passport and some other photo ID. Congratulations.

You only need to forms of ID, now getting married, does not allow you to stay, so you will need to apply for the proper visas to stay in the US. And should apply for a visa to marry when you come, not merely a tourist Visa.

But as noted just two forms.

In Georgia, you will need to get your license in the same county where you get married, since you are not a citizen of Georgia.

So for example, if you want to get married in the city of Atlanta, that is Fulton County, an you will have to get your license there.

And if in the Atlanta area, I am available for weddings with proper notice ( yes a real priest)
