We live in Massachusetts. "Child" is 20 years old and goes to college. "Child" might be having a baby with girlfriend. Does non- custodial parent still need to pay support in this case. This was an unplanned pregnancy for the "child" if that matters and may have to quit school to work full time to pay his own support for his baby. What a mess!

It will all depend on the terms of the child support order, you need to have it reviewed by your attorney.
What grade is the "child" in, and I don't think they should quit college. Child support will be based on his income, and if no income have a very low min required.
Securing his own future will be more important.
What is the age of the mother to be ? What grade is the father to be in ?
Will the father and mother be getting married or moving in together and try and be a family ?

We agree about not quitting school. He is 20 years old and lives with his mother. Will be entering his second year of college in September and has a part time job. No they will not be getting married or moving in together. Mother to be is around same age and in 1st year of college.

Are you paying child support for this prospective father, the one you refer to as "child", and are you asking if you must continue to do so?
