Hi, thanks for looking at my question
I have a commercial lease, no subletting allowed in the lease. I run a non-profit private recreational senior center. My building is 15,500 sq. ft. which contains our offices and a 12,000 sq. ft room/hall. We use the room for our senior activities and for various fund- raisers sponsored by our center to raise money for ourselves, no problem
Here's my question,
We would like to rent out the use of our room for one day events, i.e. weddings, parties, luncheons, business meetings etc. to provide additional income. Would this be considered subletting?
Thanks for any help!
