I'm in the process of losing weight. I've been working out for a solid month now. My question is this: If I lose weight, will thing start to tighten up down there (lips and whatnot)? Otherwise, does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get my skin to tighten up down there? I would be appreciative! Thanks much! ;D

There are excersise you can do to tighten it up down there. I think its called kegel excersise. The tech you them after you have had a baby. You basically tighten and hold for a few seconds and keep repeating. Sorry this isn't that helpful, but I just wanted to let you know there definitely excercises to do. ;D

Gtpwmn98, excuse me for asking, but just what do you mean by "down there"? Do you mean your abs, buttocks, or legs? I really have no idea what you mean, sorry.
Now, if you're talking about what checker is referring to, pardon me, e.. hemm, kegel exercise is great for the muscle near the pubis area, but it is designed to strengthen the internal muscles around that area. So, it is nothing that can affect the outside muscle. So, you cannot see any strengthening effect from the outside.
The only way to firm up your muscles is to work at the whole body, not just in a single area, so your body will look proportional. And you can firm things up by doing circuit weight training to tone and firm your entire body muscles.
If you don't want to do this alone, your best bet would be to work out at fitness center such as 24 HOUR NAUTILUS, where personal trainers are ready to help you. ;) 8)

Try drinking more water. It is proven that the more water you drink the tighter your skin will get, so if it works on the rest of your body why not there?

Lets see it down there, it her toes I am sure about that. Well put your feet in tight shoes and leave them on for weeks, and months I think that will tighten up your toe's buy the way I asked a shoe maker if that could happen he said yes

Hi,
If it is loose skin after weight loss, then there may be no alternative except to have surgery to remove the loose skin.
Very loose skin cannot be "excersized" into disappearing.
Best wishes,
