How can I clean the screen and aerator on a waterfall faucet? It's a Schon L425 faucet.

Im not familiar with this exact faucet, but the waterfall faucets Ive delt with don't actually have an aerator. Some do however have screens. The screens are usually located in the threaded portion of the supply lines that the incoming water hooks to under the sink. You will have to unhook the supply hoses, and look for the screens (make sure to shut off stops under sink first). Good luck.
