My height is 5"5 and my weight is 68 and my age is 20 and
I want to lose 8 kilos of weight in 10 days. Please help me.

The ONLY way to lose weight is to exercise more and eat better - more vegetables, fewer sweets. No soda or other sweetened drinks with calories and little benefit. You also have to have reasonable expectations.

Why don't you try home-made "fat burning soup"? I am trying it and it is my first day! :)
