Doesn't look like she is going to leave ,got kicked out of her parents house ,they are drinking and doing drug,want them both out,her immediately,she has no permission to live there and pays no rent

The owner of the property evicts her/them according to State Laws. Without knowing where the property is it is impossible to say more than that.

Often it's a 3 day notice followed by 30 days but, again, I don't know where you are.

Are the three brothers paying rent to their mother, without a rental agreement? If so, she can evict them, by giving them the appropriate written notice and, if they fail to leave, go to court for an order forcing them out.

If there is a written lease, one should check to see what the lease says about other occupants such as this girl. It may be that the lease is silent about it, in which case it may not be possible to evict her.
