How can I get over a person who I have been loving for several years?
Sorry I'm asian.I want advice from world people:)
I don't know what I should do.
I have been loving a person for several years.
But I can't be together with him.He is foreigner.He isn't here anymore.
I have only way to get over him..
I tried to date with another men.but I can't bring myself to like them much.always only him in my mind.
I try to stop thinking of him.though,I still feel I love him.I'm so painful without him.It feel like my heart is breaking.and dying to see him a lot,I'm interested in current him.
How can I get over him!

No contact and time are the two key factors.

First of all, your pain will ease with time. If you really miss him or can't get over him then do you have any ways to communicate with him? Does he know you feel this way about him? If not then are you two friends? If you are friends and you have a way of communicating with him then start talking to him about what is happening in your area and such. If you don't have any way of communicating with him then just stay strong and keep calm. There are people like me here who are always here to talk so if you need to talk to someone about these things then just let me know. There are also your parents and counselors who are open to listening to you.

Remember that time will ease the pain and you will eventually get over him. Also, talking about your feelings will also take all the depression away.

Good luck and I hope the pain eases. :)
