I have a 92 Honda civic that turns over but won't start. It does not always do this sometimes it starts just fine. Sometimes when it starts it shuts off right away but if it starts and I'm driving I have no problems with it shutting off. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be.

. Check the ignition switch for wear or pitting:

. Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil:

If the problem persists, install your new aftermarket ICM and coil in a genuine Honda distributor housing.
