The scenario is that my husbands ex girlfriend is collecting disability for their child but is now demanding 200.00 a every two weeks from us which she says child support would have paid her. We don not mind helping her with money each month but now she is demanding money out of spite. We both work full time and I have 4 children and it takes a toll on our pockets. Is there anything I can do? Is that fraud ? He does have partial custody for the child but is not required to pay child support.Is there anything I can do ?

Encourage him to go to court and file a child support claim. There is no way he is "not required" to pay child support unless there is more to this then you are saying. Does he have physical custody of his child 50% or more?

If not and the ex is the custodial parent then get started on support and help his child out. It is both parents responsibility.
