The father of my son has got custody. I have been fighting for access for nearly 3years. I have done everything asked of me from supervised vists to drugs test and everything has come back fine. The courts did a court order saying I can have unsupervised vists every week with my son but now after only 2 weeks of me having them the father has stopped it. Can he do this? As he is in breach of the court order. This is an on going case but I'm not due back to court till November . HELP! What can I do?

Go back to Court, file for an emergency Order. No, he cannot stop your visitation contrary to Court Order.

You file for contempt of court against him for violating the custody order.

What are you due back to court for in November? This case or something else?

I am due back for the same case, for overnight access. Hes making it very hard for me to get this sorted. All I want is what's best for my son. Just feels like I'm banging my head against a brick wall!

What caused you to require supervised visitation and to lose overnight visitation to begin with?

Has the father expressed why he is not allowing you around the child? Does he think that the child will be in danger?
