Yes I am one of many who broke the ceiling fan switch for a casablanca fan. The switch is a well tec e116997 & the wire colors that connected to this switch were Black, yellow , green, and blue. can anyone here help in the wiring sequence?

I believe the model number is 14222D casablanca delta fan

L=Black AC Voltage-wiper
off then
1=GREEN LOW
2=Blue Med
3=Yellow High

You can jumper the black wire to each color to see if the fan is working.
Watch your not hit in the head by the blades.
This is how I discovered the wiring.
Casablanca sent me an Zing Ear switch relacement which was wired wrong internally.
This procedure is at your own risk.
