If you are ,pregnant and your 8 year old cousin sits on your lower back and she ways 40 pounds can it hurt the baby

Don't let your 40 pound cousin sit on your back. Why would you allow this while you're pregnant?
Did it hurt the baby? We can't tell you. Ask your doctor on your next visit or make an appointment.
It does depend on how far along you are.
Also, it's weighs, not "ways". :)
