What makes you think that there will be complications because you got pregnant while on your period?

Please understand that complications cannot be predicted.

Ah, now had you told us that originally my answer may have been different.

You are Rh-, did you have a rhogam shot after the loss of your first child?

A two week difference really isn't considered much of a difference as we can only "guesstimate" conception. There is always what is considered a two week window. It's very possible that you are only six weeks. Since there is no camera in the fallopian tubes to document when conception actually takes place, we can only estimate. Ultrasounds, particularly in the early months can be more accurate than going by your LMP.

Well yeah it was a still born so when I had the abortion the did give me the rogame shot and when I went to the hospital when I first started bleeding I told them about my first baby and they did give me a rogame shot as well I got the second rogame about 3weeks ago.

Okay, so what advice did your OB give you? He/she is the one you should turn to with these questions since they know your past medical history.
