Im only 17 so a obgyn is not a option for me.
For the last month I've been having this yellowish discharge and at first I thought it was normal but then it got worse and it was chunky and smelly... finally I managed to buy some monistat 1. when I tried to use it the pill thing was stuck to the plunge and busted open a little. When I tried again it cut the inside of my vagina and caused blood. So I put the pill thing on a tampon and inserted it without putting in the tampon. After a few minutes I noticed the stuff leaking out and a little blood in my panties. Is this normal? Also it burns really bad like the inside of my vagina is now painfully burning because of the stuff? Is that a side afect? What should I do I'm scared

Why not?
Then go to your regular pediatrician or G.P.

Are you sexually active?
If you are, this may not be a yeast infection.
Why is the doctor not an option? That's really your only option. Something is going on, and we can only guess what it is. You don't need a guess, you need an accurate diagnosis from a doctor.
This could be a yeast infection or something worse. Do you want to risk your reproductive health, even your life, because you wouldn't go to a doctor?

Because I was raped in August of last year and my mom took me to this creepy old man obgyn who panfully gave me a pap and then messed up the tests he did so after that traumatizing event I decided their was no need to go back if that pain was a complete waste of time cause the only answers he was able to get from that was that I was raped and not pregnant 2 things I already knew and my mom won't take me to a female doctor and I can't go alone cause they would call her

Why won't your mom take you to a female doctor?

he gave birth to her and all her kids
You mean he was the attending doctor when she was born and later when she had her own children?
Do you drive? Can you get yourself to a doctor of your choice and pay for it yourself? You have cut yourself and have something nasty going on. You can't ignore it or treat it yourself.

Yes and I can drive but I have no money to pay and most doctors will call your parents unless your 19

So what if they call? The doctor can't refuse treatment, and at least you would have gotten to a doctor for help.
So you are going to treat yourself and basically be in pain with something that may possibly kill your chances of ever having kids someday?

Well I have no money to pay a doctor. I have insurance but I don't have my insurance card so I can't use it
If you live in the US no doctor will call your parents ever. That is against the law.
You NEED medical attention. This could be something as simple as a yeast infection or as serious as an STD. Some STDs are easily cured and some can make you sterile or even kill you.
If you won't go to an OB/GYN, a general practitioner will do, but you need to seek medical attention one way or the other.

i have insurance but i dont have my insurance card so i can't use it
Do you know the name of the insurance company? With computers and telephones, a medical office should have no problem finding out your insurance information.

Where do you live?
Like J already said, if you live in the U.S. the doctor can't call your mother.
Also, what about planned parenthood? Is there one in your area? Or a similar clinic? Most likely they will be able to help you even if you don't have your insurance information or money.
Like everyone else already said, you really need to see a doctor. This isn't something you can ignore. You need medical attention.
