I am getting married in June next year and I fell in love with this dress but I don't know if it is too much for a park wedding! Pleaase help!

It looks perfect to me.
What will the bridesmaids and groomsmen wear? How formal will the wedding be?

I do weddings all the time, it is great if the park wedding is formal, going to have perhaps a isle to walk down with cloth or paper runner. Chairs for guests, Arches and more.
If you are having 10 people to come with a BBQ afterwards, it is too much.
I would say 50 percent of my "park" weddings are people in jeans or just nice "Church" clothes. About 10 percent are over the top formal.

It is a formal ball gown, so is intended for a formal event, but an outdoor wedding can be any degree of formality - it really depends on the rest of your arrangements first, and second, whether you care that much about whether you tick all the social convention boxes as, at the end of the day, it's a dress, and nobody will be hurt or insulted if a bride overdresses at her own wedding, unless they are clods.
If your going to have a tent for a reception, and dancing, and everyone will be in their Sunday best and so on, I think it's proper. If you're having fried chicken on paper plates, it's technically too formal and you have to decide whether you technically care!
