I haven't had a drink in over 200 hours will I pass an EtG test?

At 200 hours there will be no residual EtG in your system from drinking.

The only worry with this test is environmental ethanol showing up. Ex: mouthwash, hair care, shaving lotion, perfume, etc. There are in excess of 1500 common household products that can raise EtG above the 100 ng cutoff.

There should be no EtG present at 84 hours from that quantity of alcohol.

Hey dr bill, does quantity of alcohol play any role? I consumed a lot of alcohol Saturday and Sunday. I get tested ten days from when I took my last sip.

Yes. EtG is a metabolite, a by-product of alcohol metabolism. The more you drink... the more EtG that is created.

Just as alcohol is constantly eliminated even while you are drinking the same is true for EtG.

There is no possibility of EtG remaining at 10 days regardless of amount of alcohol consumed.

So if my last sip was on Sunday at 11:40pm and my drug test isn't until next weds at 12 in the afternoon I should be fine?

You're unclear. 3 days or 10 day interval and how much consumed.

I'm sorry, it's about ten days /200hrs. A lot of alcohol was consumed on Saturday and Sunday. At least 20 shots and beers on Saturday and at least 20 beers on Sunday. Last sip at 11:40pm. I did the math of bac=0 so I calculated around 200hrs of sober time. Drank plenty of water. I'm not really active I'm just beyond worried I'm going to fail after 200 hours of sober time after the amount I consumed

At an interval of 200 hours you have a better chance of being trampled by a herd of elephants in downtown Chicago than having detectable EtG. Regardless of amount of alcohol consumed.
