If I drank Three glasses of wine and haven't drank in two weeks will I pass a EtG test after 40hrs?

I am confused. " havent drank in two weeks will i pass a etg test after 40hrs" Is it 40 hours since your last drink or two weeks? If its been 2 weeks yes, 40 hours will likely show positive. ETG also can show positive if you never took a drink in your life, its not reliable.
