The all-star team that I tried out for requires a heel stretch, and mine pretty much stinks! So, is there any good, new, stretches? Because I know all the basic stretches. But if you guys know about anything more advanced it would help so much! Thanks!

Yea I know heel stretches can be painfull. But there are different types of heel stretches. The picture in the first link is a heel stretch but much easier than the most comonly known one. There is also the scorpion(2nd link),bow and arrow (3 link).
