NO BODY can answer these questions for you as they are a matter of faith.

No one created God, he has always existed. We just find it hard to comprehend because everything in our world was created.
In a prayer to God, Moses said "You have always been, and you will always be." (Psalm 90:2) God's existence is like numbers - they can count on endlessly or count back endlessly.

In my humble opinion, man created gods to explain things that their knowledge of science couldn't. They also created religion to provide a framework for societal mores.

I agree with the above.

The best way to view God is outside of our existence. He's beyond time because he created it.. he's outside of it if you will. He's beyond anything we can measure with science because He is outside those physical laws that apply to our existence. He's not something you can wrap you head around.

"Everything has a creator." This can be expressed as "everything has a cause"This is true if you accept first cause arguments.
Basically, Aristotle argued that if we can trace causation back far enough we will eventually get to a first cause. An unmoved mover if you like.

Not everyone accepts the validity of first cause arguments. Kant and Hume famously argued against the idea that every event must have a cause. I can explain these arguments if you are interested. Can an event not have a cause? Some interpretations of quantum theory suggest this is possible.

"Who created God?" If we assume he exists then the answer to this question is that he is the first cause so he doesn't require being created.
Again, you would need to accept first cause arguments.

"What is God made up of?" Well, one thing is fore sure he is not made of anything that comes under the heading of matter or energy. If he were then he would have shown up in the relevant calculations of the early universe.

"When was he created and how?" Again, this relates to earlier comments. If we accept that time and space were created at a particular instant then any question relating how and why are not really relevant.

I know this doesn't answer your question but it's the best I can do.

sahir_butt,
how it is possible that any thing is made with out a creator??? I've never come across anything that has not been made by a creator but when I do, I'd like to know the answer to that same question.

The issue is you assumption is that god had to be created, and that god has to even be made of something ( or something man can understand)

If your god is the sun or moon, then one can say what it is made of.

But for most religions, god has always been, not created, not formed, not born, merely a power of some sort that exists

Yes - the other opinions here have no real evidence. This theory has LOTS of supporting evidence, such as the advent of man on earth through evolution... and the subsequent development of man's psychology.
