If I have already had a period like usual this month stopped bleeding but started back after I had sex spotting like is this normal

It depends. When you say you started spotting after you had sex, how long after your period had ended was this? A day, week, longer?
Spotting again the day after your period has stopped is probably pretty normal. You could have just disturbed the cervix up there are got some more bleeding. If it's mid cycle or towards the end of your cycle it's not quite so normal, but maybe nothing to worry about still.
If it was longer than a couple of days after your period had stopped I would see a doctor. :)
