The only person that can really give you an accurate answer is a doctor. There are many possibilities, too many for us to even venture a guess, even if you gave us more information.
If you're positive that you're not pregnant, then make an appointment with your doctor.

Do a pregnancy test and either way, make an appointment to see your dr.
