A couple years ago I was involved with the children's aid society because it was not
Safe for me to be at home. My parents hired a lawyer and every time the Children's aid Society screwed up they would let them hear about it
i.e. at one point I was being given 3 times the medication I was suppose to receive.
When I entered I was 5 feet tall and 102 ibs I went down to 89 ibs as a result of lack food.

At first the Children's aid society tried to skip meeting with my parents however that gave my parents another thing to give them a hard time about.

Adventually the Children's aid society decided it was easier to send me back.

As a grown up I challenged the Children's and the executive director gave me a written apology however in the apology it stated that the children's aid society "did every thing in their power based on the information they had"

In one report my sister shows the CAS aid society that she got a scar as a result of my father that scar is about 4 inches and the Children's aid society looked the other way.
My Social worker stated in one report that I was seen by a doctor the day I entered the cas in novemver however I entered the CAS in January and I didn't see a doctor for physical examination until January.

You cannot say you did every thing in your power when you creat a false report
I plan to take legal action against the Cas. If they don't change that line in the apology.

Would I have to sue the children's aid society it self or go after my worker who relased me

Is any of this documented, or just a child's recollections? For instance, this makes no sense:

My Social worker stated in one report that i was seen by a doctor the day i entered the cas in novemver however I entered the CAS in january and i didn't see a doctor for physical examination until January.

Or this:

ie at one point i was being given 3 times the medication i was suppose to recieve.

How do you know?

when i entered i was 5 feet tall and 102 ibs i went down to 89 ibs as a result of lack food.

A result of homesickness? Is the lack of food documented, or did you refuse to eat?

Trying to sue a government agency is a difficult task at best. I suggest consulting a local attorney would would have a better handle on your ability to sue. But I wouldn't count on it.

It appears a lot happened that you really don't remember and most likely things did not happen the way you remember.

Also not sure what you are planning to sue for, can you prove damages
