I just had a dream of 2 different things. First one was I was at this park and (I love animals) there was these 3 baby pigs in the road and there was a car coming , I tried to stop it but they ran over the babies. But like 20 more cars came over and over the babies. What does that mean?? And the second one was I went in the twin towers (im afrade of hights) and I went on the highest level and the windows were clear and wide and I got scared and started to panic but my boyfriend, mom, and friends didn't pay attention to me. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THESE MEAN IV HAD THEM FOR A WHILE NOW

You have had the same dream(s) or similar dreams?

How many times ?

How long ago did this start?

Fear, death, destruction, being without support and facing all of these things alone.

Fears will manifest themselves somehow, whether it be dreams, or conscious behaviour, i.e.. Avoiding that which has caused fear in your dreams.

My immediate advice to you, is to start keeping a diary. Daily notes of the day, events, ups and downs, etc. Include relationships with family, friends and strangers (ie teachers, bosses), and detail as much as you can about your life, regularly and consistently.

You may not immediately see any connection between your notes and your dreams, but over time, when you reflect on them, something may come up in a pattern that leads you to some answers.

At the very least you will feel more in control of your thoughts, and writing them out while not necessarily point to an exact cause of the dreams, will provide insight and they won't be the main focus of your fears and questions.

Make special note immediately after your dreams of as much detail as you can, and learn to leave the thoughts in the book and not carry them around with you. Sometimes it is very helpful to address the dream and the fear by actually dealing with them, by writing them out. They become less overpowering in your conscious thoughts.

Best of luck.
