My 2 1/2 yr old daughter says she's sees people in our home. I'm getting scared because things are starting to happen. I brought people in my home to see if they could find anything. They did... they hear voices from a young boy and male and a woman. My daughter covers her eyes and says they want to bite her. What do I do?

We are only on the 5th day of this... it stared last Thursday while she was taking a bath... she got scared and said the boy in the tub was there. The next day I told it to leave. It didn't. She's still covering her eyes telling me she's scared... shes still saying they want to bite her.. im going to a church today. I don't know what else to do.

All of this started 5 days ago?

What did they do to discover what they did?

Have you or anyone beside the people you brought in seen or heard anything unusual?

I brought 2 people in to do ebt work, they are the ones that found the voices... and yes I'm going through it too, they try to tickle my feet at night. Maddys been sleeping with me at night now, and when I feel it on my feet I notice she does to in her sleep. She'll jerk her feet and rub where the touch. My doors in my kitchen are open every time we leave the house and come back... and the other night I was watchen my sisters kids and my daughter came running to me after supper and said she could see the boy in her room. I ask her if he's trying to talk to her and she says no that he just makes faces. We left the house not to long after that. Came back the next day and it smelled like something had died in there. I know there's something there. I just want it gone. I don't know what she's seeing, it scares me.

So, this has only been going on for about a week now? There is nothing you can think of that could have set this off? I'm not at your house so of course I can only go off your word... but this does sound like a paranormal situation. Of course there is the possibility it is not... but let's move on as if it is.

How long have you lived in the home? Is there a history of spiritual encounters in your family? Have any of your other children ever experienced anything like this? Spiritual situation or not... there are answers for you out there and I'd love to help you in anyway I can.

I would get a camera set up on the door that gets opened, and on your bed also and run it all night if possible.

If anyone "sees" anything , have it pointed out and take pictures or video in that area.

The people who did the EVP , were they friends or were you charged anything for what they did?

Can you describe what you heard if anything?

This all started last Thursday when your daughter saw the boy in the bathroom and escalated from there , is how I understand what you have told us.

They were good friends from work that do this sort of thing, no I didn't have to pay anything for it. My daughter had a accident 2 Saturdays back, she got out of her car seat and opened the door while I was driving I got the truck almost stopped before she fell out, not hurt... just a few little scraps (thank god) but this turned into something huge between her dad and I... a of fighting going on between him and I and he left (we are taking a break) so its been my daughter and I at home alone dealing with all of this. More things happened tonight. I saw it tonight... from the floor up dark and solid. It flashed by my kitchen from an angle like it had been watching my daughter and then it flew to the bathroom... and I don't mean it flew like it was flying but like when you open a door and the light shines in and a shadow goes away... that's how fast it was. I got scared and again packed our stuff while I was packing I heard a messed up deep laugh like a child I went out side too to make sure I wasn't just hearing things.. I found a new place to move into but we have a week before we can go. I'm scared its going to follow... I don't know what it wants.

Beth, I'm sorry it's gotten this bad that you need to move right away. I'm going to jump past all the explanations for what this COULD be and just assume it is a spirit. You are correct in realizing it is not a good spirit either. You do have two choices right now... you can move and hope that it does not follow (which is not a guarantee) or you can stay where you are and take steps to stand against it. If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

I can't stay there and stand against it, I am already weak for not sleeping good. Maddison's moods have changed, she's very grumpy all the time now it seems. I have the same people back spending the night out there tonight checking more things out I was there for awhile myself and we saw some strange things... they have to go over it when they are done to be sure of what else we found. Either way I'm done I can't live like this. It hasn't even been two weeks and things have gotten out of hand. I just wish I knew what it wanted. Tonight it was like my daughter was speaking for it, saying " get out get out get out" and then and she told me it was saying naughty words. Its so unreal.

Yes, it has gotten very out of hand. In a round about way I can tell you what it wants. It wants exactly what is happening... for fear to overwhelm you... to divide your family... for you to question everything you know to be real and true. It simply wants to destroy your life plain and simple. I'm sure these people you have checking out your place are good friends but be careful with "ghost hunters". It's one thing to validate that your place has a spirit, but I find people like this to be very lacking when it comes to actual help. You are probably right in moving... standing against something like this takes strength and energy which you may not have at the time. My only concern, and I'm trying to alarm you, is that if this thing just kind of came out of the blue like this, I doubt it has something to do with your house. I hope I am wrong and I hope it does not follow you. You mentioned seeing some strange things there... what did you and your friends see? I am very concerned for your child as well. Good luck with your move... but if this continues at your new place or child seems to be "different" now... please let me/us know here. There is help. I am truly sorry you have to deal with this situation. When something like this comes and forces someone to move and affects children like this... it just breaks my heart and I do truly feel for you. Do you think it might follow, I can't handle the thought of that, it freaks me out. How the hell do I get ride of my damn thing?! I just want it gone. It makes the floor in my house move, it hinds and it feels like it just watches. It made the floor move in my room the other night and I couldn't have ran out any faster then I did, now tonight going there to get laundry it was make the floor boards in the living room creep loudly. I'm just done with it... is it time to bring a church in on this?? Please help me I don't want this thing apart of my daughter life.

Well, for now just try and find rest at your new place. I won't lie, it can follow... but for now we'll assume it's going to stay at the other house. I don't want unnecessary fear to be in your life. Let's not cross that bridge unless it needs to be crossed. Yes, I am a very firm believer that if moving doesn't solve your worries, only the church truly can. Personally, if you were to have come directly to me with this problem, the very first day I would have brought the church into this. I have to be more "discrete" on here. That being said, yes, only the power of God can truly combat evil spirits.

Well its been over 24hrs sense I've been in that house. I think if it was going to follow it would come where I am right? I haven't moved our belongings out yet, we can't move into the new place till Tuesday. So I am still worried. I just want this to be over. I think I might have the church come to bless the new house before we move in. what do you think about that? Am I over reacting?

Well, I'm glad you've been without incident for a day! Of course time will tell, but I suggest you just try and move on with your life and assume it stayed at the house. Like I said before, you can cross that bridge if and when you get to it. For now try and get back to how things were before. It is a sad situation when someone has to uproot their lives to flee from something and I wish you and your family peace.

If you want my opinion on house blessings I will give it. Know first and foremost I am a Christian and believe with my whole heart what the bible teaches. That being said, I believe in having a home blessed, however not so much for paranormal problems. But if it will help you to sleep better at night, having a blessing done won't hurt anything. There are just as many cases where a blessing has made something worse as there are having one help with a spiritual problem. Not that it takes away the validity of Christianity in dealing with this problem... my problem is with how the blessings are usually done.

We fully got moved into our house yesterday, spent our first night there last night. I am sure its just me, and what we have been going through, but I still don't feel right. I still feel like something is watching. Maddys made a few comments about being scared of the people, but then she talks about them going bye bye. Its all so fresh. I don't know how to get rid of the feeling, I hope its just in my head. And on the other hand, I am worried that maybe the fact that we'd get up and go when something went wrong over at the old place is going to keep my daughter telling me she's scared so we go somewhere. At the same time I really don't see her just saying she's scared for nothing. I just want so badly for it to all go away and not come back. Maybe I just need to grow up lol.

Well, I wouldn't say you need to grow up. You just went through a very frightening situation. I'm sure if you go without incident for awhile that feeling will fade as well. You're already so used to being paranoid about something happening that you can't imagine not feeling like that. It's hard as a human being to be confronted with something so out of control. When my daughter saw a spirit in her room one night (one very long night), there was a brief moment where it seemed like my wife and I had no control over the situation... that's when we were able to cling all the more to our knowledge of God. As her father I took authority over our home and her bedroom and commanded that it leave. It went that instant and never returned. I very easily could have tossed and turned all night worrying it might come back. However, when you draw near to God like that and know what he says about these situations, you learn to sleep with great peace. When your trust is in God and what He says He'll do for you, it makes those burdens lift. Beth, you don't have to fear these things... you can come to a point where you know that even if they did return you'd know how to handle it. Humans cannot fight these spirits, but God can empower you to use HIS authority. I hope you can use this time in your life to look more to God for comfort and answers. Draw near to Him and He WILL draw near to you (Joshua 1:5 "...I will never leave you or forsake you...").
