Thank u.I got him he has 43 days.now he's 3months and a half.I take him outside every couple or three hours, and after his meal .I give him cookies when he did it outside

Sounds like you are doing everything right.
I take pups out every time they eat and straight after every nap, I praise and give treats when they pee in the right place outside.

Some pups take longer than others to "get it". I have seen pups completely house trained at 3 months, others take until 9 months, it depends on the dog.

Just keep persevering and most of all, be patient.
