I want to divorce my husband. We have not gotten along or cted like a married couple for many years no. He seems to think its okay to grab some clothes and leave to stay at a friends house whenever we get into an argument. Since he has left me he also seems to think its okay to come and go as he pleases in and out of the house, also questioning me. If he has packed and left me there with the kids and his dogs, oh also his mom can I stop him from coming and going as he pleases even though he pays the bills right now?
He also thinks he will get the children because I only make $100.00-$150.00 a week and I have no car right now.Will he get the children? Yes he can provide for them but he works for UPS and doesn't get home until nine or ten at night and will hardly ever be wit the children. Is Florida really still a woman's rights state? How can I do this? I want my children, the little bit of money I make is under the counter, the house is also in my name but I can't afford to pay the mortgage every month. I was out of work for over ayear and just started working not even a wek ago. Will he get the children just because he makes more money than I do?
