There is this movie I saw when I was really little, it was so strange. I can't remember what it was called or who was in it but I think it was made in the 90's. The kid's name was conrad (I think). It had something to do with this lady adopting a kid, she ordered this barrel in the mail and then mixed a bunch of chemicals together and closed the lid. Then it created some kind of artificial child and antics ensued. It deeply disturbed me and I Want to know what it is. Does anyone know?
