When I first met my girlfriend she was 120-125 pounds, since then (3 1/2 years) she's gone up to 157. She started the master cleanse 2 days ago to loose some weight and rid herself of nasty food habits (hopefully).

She's like a 38d or something right now, and I don't want her to loose too much size.

Does anyone know if doing the master cleanse will reduce the size by a lot?

She says she hasn't noticed a change in them yet. She's lost 4 pounds in 2 days.

If she starts to loose too much I want her to stop.

That's for the help !

A "cleanse" will cause her to lose some weight, as she has experienced, but it is merely water at first. If she wants to help her body do what it was designed to do, and work efficiently, she will need to change her lifestyle.

If she feels the master cleanse gives her a jump start, so be it. But lifestyle changes are going to be necessary if she wants to maintain any weight loss she may experience. Ever wonder why there are so many detox and weight loss diets and programs?? It is a billion dollar business.

She won't get to pick where the weight comes off from. Part of the composition of breast tissue is fat, so it is very common for this to be one of the first areas women start to notice some weight loss. How much she loses will depend on her own body and how long she remains on the master cleanse.

Support her in her efforts to become healthy and lose some weight, if that is what she wants, but do so by encouraging her to choose healthy foods, limit her portion sizes, and get regular exercise.

Her overall health is more important than her breast size, so keep that in mind.

I know naturally she will loose some size, I just don't want it to be that much. Before she started she was eating good drinking plenty of water and doing zumba everyday but she couldn't loose weight. She was stuck. So his is a boost. Thanks though
