Have done every check to determine the cause of the water not coming from the gun but tocheck the pump seal. The website advisory suggests opening the front to check the pump.Also in addition to the gun not putting out any water there appears to be water leak underneath the machine coming from the water inlet and God knows where.
Any advice to correct this will be appreciated.

You say leak underneath ?

There is a pressure relief seal that often goes out on the lower end units, it will stop the unit from buidling up pressure.

But is no water at all coming out of the gun, or just water with no pressure ?

Also take gun off the hose, and see if it could be a gun issue.

Check the intake ( where the water goes in) most have a screen and if clogged it may be a issue.
